The use of the term 'Time Stamp' may not be appropriate here. SAP has a
unique timestamp concept wherein the date and time is converted to a 13
characters long number. This is used specifically to support delta extracts
into BI. Example being the COPA table (CE1XXXX).
Here the requirement seems to be just to juxtapose the substrings within a
text field which can be easily done by any abap programmer using SPLIT on
space or moving it into a structure and concatenating in the desired order.

In any case, this query does not belong to this group.
