Hi All,

Any informatin on OXP and SSP Average weekly earning calculations for HOURLY employees.
If MOnhtly employees no issues. But for hourly employees , the hourly pay is maintained in IT0008 and their actual hours worked in a specifc week are maintained in IT2002 / IT2010.
Now the requirement is that the system has to calculate the last 8 weeks average weeekly earnings based on the actual number of hours that the employee worked and been paid.

Can anyone please give some solution as to how OXP/SXP is hanlded for Hourly employees in GB payroll ?
