Hi Susan,
I don't think that this is possible through SAP standard customizing as you basically can only assign on form and one print program to an SD output type in customizing.
So either you have multiple message types for the the same object or you copy program RSNAST00 into e.g. ZNAST00 and implement a little logic with a custom table including the determination of the appropriate print program and form based on organizational units.
Then you are very flexible and don't have that many output types which almost do the same things in the system.
We have implemented that logic multiple times at various clients and it always worked.
