Hello, The capture of the inventory quantity is not SAP standard? How are you doing this, maybe via a Z table with Sales Area, Plant and Sold-to-Party? In a future SAP I have a requirement where our client desire to allocate stock specifically against a customer (kind of like a reservation or a safety stock). Since I don't have the full details, so I can help with this: 1. The Agent is not the customer, but represents your company and seems to have a requirement to push the sales for your company to the retailer / final customer. 2. Use a normal consignment to force the requirement onto the agent, not sure if the stock is given to agent though! 3. When the agent sells to the customer then you can arrange either an issue. Or you can do a pick up and then do a normal sales to the customer with the Agent as a partner in the sales order (commission I suppose). I cannot see any provision that allows for a sale of stock where the quantity is zero. Further, I am not in SAP but you may also be able to use MB1C or MB1bB rather than a full SD process ... your decision.
