Hi

If you have not already run time eval for Sep 1 onwards before you changed the config, the next time eval run for Sep 1 onwards would automatically use the new yearly base entl.

if you have run already before the config change, then re-run from 1 Sep onwards till whatever date you need.

It is not necessary to run TE in advance.
