Hi

From your error log message it looks your SMTP port is configured for 0 and that's a problem as no incoming mails will be allowed in your system. By default SAP used SMTP port 25 .
Please also check your profile parameter icm/server_port_1 = PROT=SMTP,PORT=25000. The port should not be 0 for more details on this topic you can check SAP Note 455140.
From SMICM - Go to Services you can change the SMTP port no and then restart the ICM instance.
