Hi,

Only systems that are registered under http://service.sap.com/licensekeys will appear in that table.
So if this is a system that you haven't requested a permanent license key for, you will not be able to register a customer message to that system.

Hi Guys,

I have problem .. and want to know that how to Open a customer message under the component XX-SER-NET ...?

I have followed steps:
login to sap marketplace ..- help & support ..- report a product error ..- entering System ID and search...---

I got message ' 0 system found' " The table doesn't contain any entries"


How can I add system on that table...?

Please suggest..
