I can login to client 000 with user DDIC and see that my prd client does not exist.

Check your client number and SID since this usually means trying to log into a client that does not exist for the system you are trying to access ex.. client 350 exist in DEV and not QAS. Also I am guessing that you control creation/deletion of clients but you can check SCC4 for client listings.
