Year to date totals in our payroll journal are incorrect for some wage types. Some wage types match actual dollars paid when compared with a wage type reporter for the year. Other wage types, particularly those which do not occur every pay period do not total correctly.

Example:

Annual Leave Payout for retiring employee
PP1 $1000 YTD $1000
PP2 $2000 YTD $3000
PP3 $0 YTD $0
PP4 $500 YTD $500

Can anyone tell me how to correct so that payroll journal totals will match actual dollars paid year to date?
