Hello!

Who start Instance of Sap, I have this error:

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area 1577058304 bytes
Fixed Size 1219640 bytes
Variable Size 822084552 bytes
Database Buffers 738197504 bytes
Redo Buffers 15556608 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 1861 cannot be archived
ORA-19502: write error on file "", blockno (blocksize=)
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/oracle/QUA/origlogA/log_g11m1.dbf'
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '/oracle/QUA/mirrlogA/log_g11m2.dbf'

What is the problem?
