Hi Ram

Have you activated the feature and transported to the necessary clients?

To copy or create another infotype, when you update one, you can use Dynamic actions for the first one (here for IT 21), include a COP (copy) function.
When maintaining Dynamic actions, in T588Z, you can find a good amt of context sensitive help info for you to complete the config.
