As Chandra Sekhar said, you can update the quota with UPDTQAxx op'n.
Or you can do it by using the t/type in V_T559L - in one of the ways below:
(i)Selection rules - accrual tab - Multiplication with period balance. In this case, you need to use a factor not as no.of hrs. You need to derive the increase (for example as 1.25 to increase accrual by 0.25 times).
(ii)Base entl - use the time type in entitlement. Here also you need to derive the no.of hrs by which you require to accrue. For example if the annual entl is 200hrs, you need to obtain the per period hrs as 200 / 12 for monthly accrual, 200 /26 for fortnightly, etc.
ADDDB adds to a time type. It does not by itself increase leave accrual.
Further, in V_555A the Time type ZQ01 needs to be set to save as days' bal, cuml in period bal, transfer period bal from prev period and prev year.
Then at start of anniversary based on the date type or any other criteria, the cumulation needs to be set to zero before starting to add to the t/type. Or it can be done at the end of annv, after the call to function QUOTA.
