Good Day Surendra If telnet acts like that, then it seems that there is no firewall problem (not from the location that gave this telnet result). If a firewall were blocking, anywhere along the way, there would be an error message rather than a blank screen. The blank screen result from the telnet command demonstrates that the network connectivity works between the 2 endpoints at an Ethernet-TCP/IP level (and that's all it's useful for, nothing else). Please refer to Note 686315; activate the BEx trace and recreate the problem & trap something. Have a look at the trace or post it back here for us to look at.
