Please let us know a few specifics.
Which 'form' are you referring to, please?
Which issues or problems with SMD did you observe before - which are obviously the reason for the SMD un-install/re-install exercise of yours.
Which step of the SAPInst procedure are you in?
And please confirm: we talk about the managing system, i.e. SAP Solution Manager server/system, not the managed system infrastructure, i.e. the SMD Agent/HostAgent (aka Diagnostics Agent) or related managed system infrastructure/agent framework, correct?

Hello Mohan,
I am not quite sure what you attempt to do. Do you want to "uninstall" the whole SAP Solution Manager or the LMSERVICE component only?
Why would you want to do the latter? Thank you for any additional information indeed.

I am not able to un-install SMD. when i see the log this is what it shows.
