Jenny,

First of all this comes under security section. It has been answered.
1. Write a ECATT / LSMW / SHDB scripts to mass deactivate passwords
2. Lock the users. (so that no one will be able to logon)
3. Or restrict thru RZ10.

If you are unable to record script,do it manually. This forum is only
guiding point. Not spoonfeeding
