[sap-log-mm] Document Change history for PR does not show complete details of Release

We have implemented ECC 5.0 . All PR's PO's and Contracts are subject to Approval Process/ Release Strategy. When we look at document change history, all Release steps are visible in PO's and Contracts. However in PR's , all release details do not appear in change history. For example if there are 5 release steps in a document, and all have been released, the change history shows details of only 2 .

Can anyone throw some light on this ?
