We are trying to implement the new healthcare reform policy to allow dependents up to age 26 with an effective date of 1/01/2011 (because we are going to have a special enrollment period prior to 2011). We date delimited our current configuration (regular: 19 and student: 25) as of 12/31/2010 and created new record (regular: 26 and student: 26) as of 1/01/2011. The enrollment process is working perfectly; however, COBRA event collection is not picking up the dependent. Any suggestions?
