Hi SAN, Elias When there is one or more employees with the relevant payroll area (as per IT 0001) have not been run payroll for the pay period as per the control rec, the message appears. It is not an error but only a warning. You can still exit the payroll area for the pay period. There is no provision for not displaying the message, unless you add ABAP code as an ABAP Enhancement. Discuss with your programmer. How are you processsing travel expenses? Don't you do thru payroll? If not, you can set the payroll area for these employees as a No Pay payroll area. A No pay payroll area (example NP, the default SAP value for such payroll area) does not have a payroll control rec. Hope this helps.
