EWA Report fetch technical data from satellite system which is configured in SolMan
but some time EWA report show high & low performance of satellite system because of long running background jobs & ABAP Reports so my suggestion is go ST03 & check DIALOG response time for that date & analyze report & tcode.
or you can calculate performance of PRD system based on given below details :
Performance Data Time
- Average response time - approx. 1 second (dialog), <1 second (update)
- Average CPU time - approx. 40% of average response time
- Average wait time - <1% of average response time
- Average load time - <10% of average response time
- Average DB request time - approx. 40% of average response time
Database Requests Time
- Direct reads - <10 ms
- Sequential reads - <40 ms
- Changes - >25 ms
