Hi Greg

ok, so the main organisational characteristics I would expect are gl accounts 'RACCT' and company code 'RBUKRS', so not sure what the purpose of the business area 'RBUSA' is.

Are you able to view the components of the report? From GR55 go to report group change and then select the report. If it is a report painter report then it will be a bit easier to analyse than a report writer report.

If a report painter report check the rows and columns by double clicking on them and see which fields are present. I would guess that you have gl account groups in the rows and in the columns a variety of month, ytd with plan, actual combinations along with some variance calculations. Other components of the report can be found in 'general data'.

Perhaps take a copy of the report and edit the copied version (try removing the RBUSA characteristic).

If it is a report writer report it is a bit more challenging to see what is going on as everything is contained within sets that 'expand out' when the report is displayed.

Good luck

Subject: Value being displayed in P&L report (GR55 transaction code) under headings

> Hi there, under the GR55 transaction code, we run a number of financial reports. Our P&L report is showing a value against a number of headings in the actual amount columns for both month and year to date. The value being shown is not taken into account in any of the calculations, but this value appears against 6 headings. The general attributes of the report show 'RBUSA 0001' as a common attribute against these headings and does not appear anywhere else, so I'm assuming this attribute is causing th value to show up.
