Making it not relevant for picking when linked to WMS really isnt going to
work is it!

I still think it sounds like a crazy process too - deal with the backorder
situation - ship what you can when you can and promptly ship the remainder -
happy warehouse, happy customers, no wasted (expensive) resources trying to
faff around with a couple of items here and there.
