If need to check which planned order have been coverted every month, very simple. If you get this order list, only filter this table AFPO using these orders exception initial planned order (Fieldname: PLNUM)...

If you need to get these entries of procution order created in special period, such as from/to, you can use transaction code SE16 and table AUFK to check it.
You'll get which you want to have.

the planned order no is maintained in the assignment tab in the production order header , so it can be retrieved the relation between the planned order and the production order but u may need to access data base table with a very small query or with a help of an ABAPer.

Hi Faysal,
I think it is not possible as u asked.When a planned order got converted to
production order then we can only see the production orders through some
other screens like Coois and not in md04.
