Hi Mark,

I am not sure if there are any limitations to S/W issues. SAP will sometimes indicate the problem is not a S/W issue but rather a consulting issue.
Also check the contract your company has with SAP.

Are there any specific guidelines like how many messages we can raise during an implementation and for which issues the SAP bills ...
