Hi Please check with your system staff to find out if you have security permission to view line items for the said accounts. If you do have permission, please check if the related GL accounts have line item display ( in the contol data tab of T Code FS00) activated. If it is not activated, then may be somebody has configured so on purpose. Therefore , please do not go about changing anything. Moreover, changing settings relating to line item display is a bit of a laborious procedure and if tweaked about carelessly, you could have undesireable conseqences. Therefore PLEASE DO NOT GO ABOUT CHANGING SETTINGS without knowing the consequences. It is also possible that the account(s) were created as Reconciliation Accounts ( please see if the reconciliation account drop down box contains Customers or Vendors or Assets or Contracts ...... if so, then the related account has probably been purposefully created as reconcilation account(s). Reconciliation Accounts are usually never created with display Line items. PLEASE DO NOT GO ABOUT CHANGING SETTINGS. Please refer the matter to your senior consultant and if he / she deems it necessary then they could set things right for you.
