[sap-log-sd] Order value of open sales orders

I'm looking for an overview to monitor the value of all open orders.
We have two types of open orders:

1. Open orders for which the outbound delivery hasn't been created.
2. Open orders for which the outbound delivery has been created but billing status not completed.

I want to create one overview, but the problem is that orders for which the outbound deliveries are not shown when I create a query with the tables: VBAK / VBAP / VBEP / LIPS. These orders are not yet created in the table LIPS.

IS their a standard overview available in SAP?
If not, please give me instructions how to compose the query.
