Good points, there are so many variable to how long a client copy takes. Given that the person was reference the same setup, at least I think they were, it wold seem to be what you have indicated in addition to what I suggested. I have seen the same lientcopy with same rows, etc. take variable amounts of time and found that online backups and othe work processes running on the same system affect the time.
