[sap-hr] MSS TMW chief position viewing employees under 2 different org. units

Hi,

We are trying to resolve the following issue:

When accessing TMW via MSS, a manager attached to a chief position linked to 2 org units (relationship 012) should be able to display the employees reporting to the 2 org units.
We have set up 2 positions as chief to 2 org units. However, only one manager can view the employees from both org. units. For whatever reason the other one can see only the employees attached one org. uni.
Does anyone have experience with this type of issue?
What we are trying to achieve is that when one manager goes on vacation, he can enter time for another manager.
