Hi,
I would do a split in authorizations. To users who should print from plant A give in authorization object M_BEST_WRK in sub object 1 in parameter ACTVT - 1,2,3, etc - what these users are allowed to do with POs plus include 4 = Print and WERKS = A. For other plants set for these users in M_BEST_WRK in sub object 2 set parameters ACTVT without 4 = No Print and WERKS = all plants except A.

After that user will be abe to print POs in ME9F for plant A. POs from other plants will be blocked for him/her to display in ME9F since user is not granted activity 4 - Print such PO.

Plant doesn't need to be in selection for ME9F.
