Hi Experts,

We use a Court Order adjustment reason for Benefits to add / remove dependents from medical and dental plans, per court instructions. Then we have a user exit disallow employee removal of dependents during open enrollment, via ESS, if a Court Order adjustment reason exists. The problem arises if there are multiple children and an employee wants to remove a dependent from a plan who no longer (possibly due to age) is going to be insured. Anybody else experience this and, if so, any suggestions? Also, is there any way to "tag" a dependent with court order dependency?
