Hi,

The standard configuration of SAP will only generate the standard message type MLGR to the purchaser upon GR posting. If you wish to send the related message to the PR creator, then you will have to customize the workflow. Alternatively, you can build up the customized ABAP program which shall be run as background job and send the related message to the pre-defined recipient in accordance with your logic and rule.
