Poonam, Because IT0015 wage types are one time events entered with a one-day range, they are typically assigned to only one WPBP split; that is, whichever split corresponds to the date of the IT0015 record. So if you have the following records (assuming a monthly payroll period): IT0008 June 1, 2010 - June 10, 2010 ==> Split 01 IT0008 June 11, 2010 - Dec 31, 9999 ==> Split 02 IT0015 June 20, 2010 ==> wage type is assigned to Split 02 In most cases, you don't actually want to prorate an IT0015 amount. So processing class 10 should be set to 0. If I am misreading this and the problem is occuring at the point of indirect valaution, again the problem is related to how the IT0015 record date relates to the IT0008 validity periods. Which resulted in lower amount payout than actual. WT is entered in IT15 and is valuated indirectly using "INVAL" module variant "A". > > Is the proration factor not supposed to consider both IT8 records while prorating instead of just considering the lastest? > > Any help is appreciated. > > Thanks > Poonam | __.____._ Copyright © 2010 Toolbox.com and message author.
