Hi all, Just an FYI, I entered a customer message concerning this issue and received a reply. Which was, that SAP is aware of the changes in AZ law and are working to get the changes in place. I was also informed that the notes to be released within a couple of days, will include instructions and not specific code changes. The code changes will be in notes that will require a support package update. Currently, the calculation uses a percentage applied to the dollars of federal income tax withheld. The changes that will go into effect in July will allow each employee to specify a percentage that will be multiplied by the federal taxable gross. > I have tested an employee in QAS by updating the Info type 0234 with a selected percentage. RPCALCU0 uses the rate, but incorrectly. It is still multiplying the rate entered on the override by the federal withholding amount. It should multiply the rate by the federal taxable gross. > The State Withholding tax should be based on the Federal taxable wages not on federal withheld. > We are at support package SAPKE60049 and cannot load support packages until... November. > > Does anyone have a solution for the Arizona withholding? > > Connie Durham > 423-553-2227 | __.____._ Copyright © 2010 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
