First, purchasers must update their PO receipt date to avoid having past due open PO. Second, in scope of check change from include receipts from past and future to only future. Play with the diff options.

In my scope of check in sales order creation/change, open purchase orders are included.
In other words it is possible to create a delivery with not all quantities available in stock (i.e. : on hand stock = 1, quantity to receive on a past open purchase order due one week ago = 1 => An outbound delivery for a quantity of 2 can be created for a sales order due today)
I am in a WM environment where picking is managed with Transfer Orders and I have authorized partial picking in the customizing of WM:
IMG menu : Logistic Execution => Warehouse Management => Interfaces =>Shipping =>Define Shipping Control =>Shipping Control per Warehouse Number
Therefore the system creates transfer orders even though the quantity available in the warehouse is not enough to fulfil all of the items for the outbound delivery.
I have also allowed in customizing the system to automatically adjust the outbound delivery quantity to the picked quantity

Now, my problem is with deliveries created from sales orders flagged for complete delivery:
In my example described above (sales order for 2, stock = 1 + quantity of 1 in a past due purchase order) it will be possible to create a delivery for a "ship complete" sales order with not enough stock available.
When the transfer order will be created for picking, the rule for partial picking will apply (TO for picking a quantity of 1 instead of 2), without warning that the delivery is for a complete delivery.
Then, as specified in customizing, the delivery document with an initial quantity of 2 will be reduced to a quantity of 1. So I eventually end with a partial delivery for an order flagged for complete delivery.
Is there a way in customizing to block partial picking only for deliveries checked for complete delivery ?
