So Jeff is there a difference between PO and STO? Which are you referring to? Why do post unclear problems? Reversind an invoiced GR may require reversing the invoice doc first.

But pls make the forum make good use of their limited time and resources.

Thanks for all the feedback. I had already tried most of these, and still the remaining qty is open. The config won't allow an STO to be marked as "delivery complete", the remaining amount is very small, 2.16 KGs, and I can not just lock, delete or close it. The STO is from 5/2009, and has been invoiced, and the additional amount in the shipping location written off by FI. So I guess there are really only 2 options. I reverse all the material documents back to the GR, and then GR the GI qty, and then re-post everything. Or add new stock in the shipping location, GI the remaining amount, and then GR the open PO.
