The answer for this is YES.
But some clarification... do u want all these information of a position (Object, Relationships, Description, Planned Compensation etc....) in one single tab or one tab for each info..? i.e one tab for Object info, an other tab for relationship info etc... ? You can have in both eay.
Check the parameters OM_TABTYPE_DISPLAY to display the technical name of the current tab page, so that u can change this in the configuration.
And check parameter OM_FRAM_SCEN_DISPLAY - to display an overall scenario thats defined for the entire transaction.
After u get this info , you can do create or include the new tabs according to your cleints requirement through
IMG --> Personnel Management --> Organizational Management --> Hierarchy frame work --> Integrate new infotype --> Define your own tab pages & Add your own tab pages to an existing tab page group.
