Good Day Jamal I've not previously had to do that, but I have a couple of ideas that might get the result you desire. You could delete it entirely from SPAD. Recreate it when needed. This has the advantage of not having the printer appear in the list of available printers, if a user were to go looking for it. If they don't see it they (probably) won't try to use it (although some may already have it set as the default printer). You could change the "destination host" in the "access method" tab to an invalid value and then change it back when ready. I like this less, since someone who uses the printer will get a cryptic 'invalid host' error. That may result in someone trying to find & fix an issue, which doesn't really exist.
