Hi Paul

How does it trigger the external program? Is the external program registered at the SAP gateway? Can you see the external program in the gateway monitor (SMGW) logged-on-clients list (> Goto -> Logged on clients)?

Hi Dean,
Its a batch jobs with a step that triggers an external program for FTP.
few jobs with File transfer step has this problem.
Im sure parameter gw/cpic_timeout is set to 60sec. Thanks
