Kathy,

Not to muddy the waters for you, but there are two other Tax programs I'm familiar with besides Vertex: Taxware and Speedtax.

Taxware is a longtime player in the space like Vertex. Speedtax is a relative newcomer but they operate on a SaaS model which is interesting because they can more quickly make changes available that if you use on On Premise applications.

At this point , I dont think so.
What are the pros and cons of maintaining the exemption certificates?
