The current process we are following to handle the Vendor Managed Inventory is that stock has to be transferred from the Consignment to the Own Stock each time the articles is sold. But in some cases where this consignment stock is displayed on shelf for Cash & Carry, we are facing difficulties in processing the Till Sales process becasuse the stock has not yet been transferred to own stock.
What is the best practice that should be followed in SAP in that case in order to benefit from the advantages of Consignment stock and sell it from shelves as Cash & Carry at the same time?!
