[sap-hr] Absence Quota Accrual

We have employees that are eligible to earn a personal holiday each fiscal year. Accruals are posted through time evaluation using Quota in the schema. All employees are in the same employee subgroup grouping, personal subarea grouping and quota group for quota accruals. The current rule is set up to transfer the accrual to IT2006. Time evaluation requires all employees to have an IT0041 created.
How do exclude employees in an employee subgroup (IT0001) from receiving this accrual?
