[sap-acct] Cost center/profit center integrated planning

Hi,
My client is on ECC 6.0. They have cost center activated in Controlling and would like to get profit center activated now. They want to have Integrated Planning functionality, so that when they post plan data in Cost center via KP06, the values are automatically updated in profit center. I know how to configure for the integrated planning. However I need some inputs as to how to get the plan data populated in the cost center BEFORE the activation of profit center to be displayed in the planning section of Profit Center (in other words the old data in cost center before integrated planning with profit center is undertaken). Would be highly obliged for quick inputs.
