Hi,maybe I have found the root of the problem. There are two places which will determine cost condition: First, in item category TAX,checkbox "determine cost" should not be chosen.Second,we use module"CO-PA",so when system do profit analysis,no cost of material can be found.
For the first reason have been removed,so it's "CO-PA" module that cause error: no standard cost estimate could be found for material X !
Now it's problem to set CO-PA module don't work to order or invoice.

Subject: How to design a new order type for non-stock delivery?

> Now ,we have a new business process: Our RD department will sell their sample product. But before sales, the sample product won't be in storage, which means out delivery will not be shipped from stock. So about this process, how should I design the corresponding order type?
> Well, firstly I think there is only order and billing in SAP, delivery won't be operated in SAP because no stock in storage for this product. What order type should I refer to ?And what item category should I design in order? I have tried using text item ,but it seems that I can't price in condition sheet in order details.
