Thanks for advise,Julie_B.
My e-mail is email@removed I really still have some questions about condition cost.I have checked the setting in TAX item, where there is a checkbox"determine cost",I think cost condition what you said is relevant about this option. And this checkbox now is "Not chosen".
You say,"We use these tax items without accounting view",so what about cost view, are these 2 cost view(cost 1 and cost 2) not maintained too? Besides,we don't maintain requirement 4 view in material master data .
Sorry to occupy your time.

Subject: How to design a new order type for non-stock delivery?

> Now ,we have a new business process: Our RD department will sell their sample product. But before sales, the sample product won't be in storage, which means out delivery will not be shipped from stock. So about this process, how should I design the corresponding order type?
> Well, firstly I think there is only order and billing in SAP, delivery won't be operated in SAP because no stock in storage for this product. What order type should I refer to ?And what item category should I design in order? I have tried using text item ,but it seems that I can't price in condition sheet in order details.
