Hi,
It looks like a new scheduling is taking place. But as your operations are confirmed there is no duration anymore to schedule on the operations. In this case, the actual finished dates of the operations are overwritten by the confirmed dates (at operation level).
Then, as all scheduled dates of the operations are equals to confirmed dates.
And as header scheduled dates are coming from operation scheduled dates ...
It might happen that a new scheduling is done automatically on your order, if the flag automatic scheduling is set in your order (coming from customising), and that a change relevant for scheduling is done in your production order after the order is CNF DLV.
Not sure this is your case, but this might be an idea to investigate.
