Dipesh,
You can change the assignment of the personnel area to the company code. I tested this quickly and the system does not throw an error on old records. However, it also doesn't do a good job of changing the company code on new records.
Create the new personnel area and associated subareas using the copy functionality and run the actions. There is no short cut. I assume you'll have a program written to run the actions or use a CATT.
