Hi Rajini
As the others have said, you can use either
a)OUTWPPARTT using the P/t flag. The problem with this, is that the flag needs to be correctly set based on the full time hrs expected for the type of employee. Many times this depends on the employee pay scale area/type, etc, and IT 8 may not be yet entered.
If you have only one f/t hrs per week in the organization, then this will be fine.
b)HRS=IEMPCT, which uses the emp.pct derived from the T511 and the hrs in IT 7. This is more likely to be correct. T511 contains the f/t hrs based on pay scale area, etc.
c)In some companies, FT & PT empl have different emp grp. This is checked with OUTWP. This also can have problems, if a f/t empl grp empl can work reduced hrs during a certain period for any reason.
You need to work out which is the correct method for your company.
