Hi Swapna,
I supposed you have some experience in implementing ESS in manufacturing industry.
First of all, I would like to know whether it's advisable to extend ESS to the blue collar workers, given the fact the some of them may have resistance to using computer.
Is there a workaround for the licensing issue? Can we have a many-to-one mapping (i.e. a group of ESS users is mapped to one back-end R/3 user ID)?
If indeed the only option is a one-to-one mapping, what is your advise on the user maintenance due to the high turn-over rate?
