I did this looooooong back and I do not recollect seeing an option for including 2 SPDD requests during the upgrade.
Here you might have to find a way to club those two SPDD requests into one and then modify the umodauto.lst file to reflect the new request no.
We faced a similar scenario and in our case we had to restore the last copy of our system to merge the two requests and could then proceed further.
Please double check!
