1> you cannot deinstall a SPAM update. this is a Basis 700 SPAM Package by the way so the 6.40 OSS note is not relevent.
2. Check the side effects of this SPAM package by requesting it from Service.SAP.com
If the above do not work and SAP does not have a new SPAM package then you will have to open an OSS message with SAP and/or revert to a prior backup of your SAP system.
Question: Why did you not test this on your development system or a sandbox system. It is evident that you have not updated your SPAM package in quite a while if you are going from SAPKD70026 to SAPKD70039. Did the install fail when you tried to import it? or have you had failures in some other place that makes you think you need to deinstall the SPAM package. What comes to mind is the Kernel is out of date as a posible cause of problems.
The statement that it is giving lots of problems does not give any of us any information so that we can reasonable help you.
