From the log, it indicated that their is a JAVA instance for it. Is this up and running? did you check the log for JAVA to see what else it is complaining?
Also, I am a bit confuse of your message. Was this an installation that you were trying to install and patch it up during your post steps? or is it a Production environment that you have imported a transport via STMS and now nothing is working due to the transport request that you have imported into the instance? or was it a transaction that you ran "per your original message" that caused it to be corrupted?
Please clarify!

After that I started the GUI again and wanted to log on to the System. Then I couldnt connect any more. After stop/start SAP and restart of the Windows System, after starting SAP, the System in the console was yellow and I got the message: "Dispatcher Running but not connected to Message Server"
> All the processes are working, only the Message Server not. If I log to the system now, I can do it only with SAP*, if I try another User, I get the message: “Licence expires”. For me, it means, that because Message Server doest work, the Licence Key cannot be checked.
